• No attempts to breach security, scrape data, or access other users' content.
• No automated or excessive use that degrades the Service for others.

Proprietary Intellectual Property

digitalshoebox.app and its entire codebase, design system, brand assets, and documentation are the proprietary and confidential intellectual property of Don Nayve Manabat. All rights reserved. No licence is granted to copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

Availability and Beta Features

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Features may change and beta functionality may be modified or withdrawn. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
